Located on Riverside Drive between 39th and 41st street, The Chalet Apartments sit directly across from the newly renovated River Parks area at 41st and Riverside Drive. With the usage of the LP TechShield Radiant Barrier, energy bills for these residents could be cut by as much as 17%! The manufacturing process for this decking uses wood certified under the SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY INITIATIVE, coming from small fast growing trees, and uses the entire log.
